We will provide services for you under terms and conditions.
By visiting ThemeGallery and using our products means that you have accepted this End-User License Agreement ('EULA').

This End-User License Agreement ('EULA') is a legal agreement between you (either an individual person or a single legal entity, who will be referred to in this EULA as 'You') and the ThemeGallery site, Guild design co. Ltd. (referred to as 'ThemeGallery')
Please read it carefully before you use this site or download images that this site provides.
If you don't accept this agreement, push the back button to cancel use this site.
This agreement doesn't grant any other right that is not included here in.

This Agreement is for ThemeGallery and End User(hereafter 'You') who purchased our 'Themes', 'Templates', and 'Image sets' hereafter referred to as 'product'.

You should carefully read the following terms and conditions before using this product. Your use of this product indicates your acceptance of this EULA and warranty.


1.Copyright and Proprietary Rights
ThemeGallery site is owned and managed by ThemeGallery. All contents included in ThemeGallery such as texts, graphics, photo image, active image, sound, illustration, software(hereby 'CONTENTS') are property of ThemeGallery or their Licensors or their suppliers. You may not illegally copy or download or use CONTENTS without prior written permission from this Agreement.

2. Grant of License
ThemeGallery grants you the non-exclusive, non-transferable license only under the following conditions:

>> The license for this product is restricted to only use for one web site. In order to create multiple websites, you must obtain prior written permission from ThemeGallery.

>> You may use this product on a single computer. Use of this product on more than one computer, including network computers, is prohibited without prior written permission from ThemeGallery. Making a digital copy of the product is allowed only for your own archive purposes.

>> You may not use all contents, diagram, pictures, graphics, sounds, photo image illustration or other material whatsoever (hereby 'Contents') in any products supplied by ThemeGallery separately under this License.

>> You may use this product for personal and/or business use. This agreement grants you only the right that you can use to communicate between individuals or for the purpose of commercial communication material.

>> You may not resell, reproduce, redistribute, monopolize, permit to use, rent, loan, transfer this product with compensation. You also may not distribute CONTENTS as a independent product or a portion of other product.

>> By accepting and installing this product, you understand and agree to the terms and conditions of this license. If you do not agree to these terms, do not install, copy, or use this product.

>> Because of the various hardware and software environments into which this may be put, no warranty of fitness for a particular purpose of any kind is offered. ThemeGallery is not responsible of any risk that is occurred by using this product.

3. Warrant
ThemeGallery warrants this product for a period of fifteen days from the purchase date. A refund for this product is available only within seven days from the purchase date.

4. Subscription
>> Period : 1 year

>> License : The Subscription is only for 1 User (or Company) License, which does not allow you to share it with others.

>> Termination : When your period is expired, your membership changes into free membership. The Annual Subscription provides a one-year user license for you, so that you are not allowed to create any new presentation with the downloaded products after your license use period is over. Only, you can distribute the presentation documents having been created during the Subscription period.

5. Termination
In case you don't observe this Agreement, ThemeGallery will terminate this End user License agreement with possession all other rights. In this case, you should delete all copies of CONTENTS.
