Q:1 What is the Subscription?
The ThemeGallery Subscription is the goods available to those who need to often make presentations at a reasonable price on the fixed-term basis, allowing them to unlimitedly use thousands kinds of the ThemeGallery products for a year in the ThemeGallery website only after log-in. But, the amount of product downloadable per day will be limited up to maximum quantity of 100
Q:2 What kind of the Subscription do you offer?
We offer 2 separate levels of the subscription for ThemeGallery Subscription.
Personal Subscription: limited up to the amount of 30 per day for downloading.
Company Subscription: limited up to the amount of 100 per day for downloading
Q:3 What are the merits of the Subscription?
1. Reasonable price: You can use thousands kinds of products only at the price of 8 items ($24).
2. Free access to the products: The Annual Subscription is conveniently available to you anytime, anywhere on one year basis after you log on to the ThemeGallery website.
3. Diverse compatibility: Speedy work on mixing and matching of PowerPoint templates, diagrams, image sources and so on.
4. A 20% discount coupon will be offered when you renew the Subscription.
Q:4 How long do you provide the period for the Subscription use?
The Subscription period is for 1 year. If you renew the Subscription, a 20% discount coupon will be available for your use.

Q:1 How can I buy the Subscription?
For the member: Just click the 'Purchase' button on the Subscription page and follow the payment settlement process.
For a non-member: First, join the membership in the ThemeGallery website, and move over to the Subscription page, and than click the 'Buy'button to settle the payment.
Q:2 How can I download the product?
1. Log in.
2. Choose your products from each category, and click the [Download]button on the bottom.
** If you cannot find [Download] button, please login again after log-off.
3. Store it in your preferred directory under your system.
Q:3 I have purchased the Subscription, than can I share it with others?
The Subscription is only for 1 User (or Company) License, which does not allow you to share it with others.
Q:4 Can I use all other products of ThemeGallery if I purchase the Subscription?
You can use all the products listed in the ThemeGallery site with the mark of [by ThemeGallery].
But, package products and artists's products are not included here.
Q:5 How can I get the receipt of my payment settlement?
After your purchase has been completed, your product purchase receipt will be sent to you by email by PayPal and WorldPay, the payment settlement companies.
Q:6 Can I use the downloaded templates after the subscription period is over?
When your period is expired, your membership changes into free membership. The Annual Subscription provides a one-year user license for you, so that you are not allowed to create any new presentation with the downloaded products after your license use period is over. Only, you can distribute the presentation documents having been created during the Subscription period.
